Lots of new Noro colors and some of the most luscious Merino Lace from Ella Rae. The colors are soooo rich. And even though it says it is lace - it's a little thick and I bet you could do socks or a shawl that called for sock weight yarn. It looks kettle dyed - the colors are sooo pretty. There is a new linen blend from Auracania that is really nice, comes in 249yd hanks and so you'd only need 4 for a sweater. I am planning on doing a top down short sleeve cardigan in that one. There is new Brown Sheep Bulky, sport weight and sock yarns in solid colors. I got these because I saw Catkin again and decided I wanted to knit it - I needed better colors of sock yarn to do it in. I haven't started it yet and it could definitely be a knit along......But so could In the Pink. For that one I called and got some new colors of Kauni Effekt wool and they assured me they would ship today. So when that gets here we can do another knit along. Look them up on Ravelry or come in and I will show them to you. We can print the pattern for you too. Yes I know I am starting tooooooo maaaany things - but hey I have finished a lot of little things lately and could get them all done eventually.
So I think I will commit to starting Catkin tomorrow - we could meet here in at 2pm to start together.
My Catkin is in progress, section 2 (chart 1). Pay attention and stay focused = Fun. Don't pay attention = tink. Really enjoying this project.
