The two on heads are made of handspun yarn I did and the flat one is Noro Transitions. The pattern was on Knitty last fall - Urchin. I love doing this hat....The class is Dec 13 at 1pm. Now I have started another of her designs "Verity" out of Jo Sharp Silkroad Tweed in green. It is shaped like a flower, starts at the crown.
This is a wonderful, fast, and easy to knit short row hat! I made one from Cascade Pastaza Paints in early December that I purchased last year from KK.....in a deep red colorway, with bits of dark dark blue. The yarn was a tad bit too thin to quite get gauge but my head is a little smallish so it was fine. Wore it a lot in blustery, cold, snowy upper Ontario, and then it disappeared late in Dec...if anyone finds it, I want it back. :) I plan to make another.
