Crochet a hat- We'll use a basic pattern and do a little embellishing to make it more interesting.

or Make a filet crochet table runner - these look nice on the table when company comes.  Those charts can be confusing.  Class price includes all supplies.

The UPS Guy

Came in yesterday with 4 BIG boxes of yarn.  20+ colors of Marble Chunky and a bunch of Plymouth yarn - mostly Encore and including neon colors.

in the calendar.  A few pics too so you can see what you'd be making.

Felted Clogs - really I decided to teach this cause mine had finally worn out and I need a new pair. What better excuse to make them than needing to remember how for a class?  They're the most comfy slippers ever.

Basic Mittens, but using new yarn.  they're yummy.

I ordered some neon yarn - Encore - and will be making a hat too for the basic hat class.

New Yarn

I made a mitten already (cause there is a class in the fall and I want to get ahead for a change)  The new yarn is superwash in Merino wool, very soft and pretty stripes.

I just found

the place where I can make sure comments get published - I have been trying to find it for years literally....I could never even respond to comments. I had given up.....I am so computer challenged.....So now feel free to comment and I will check it and publish them at least once a week.  (Looking Sheepish and shaking head)Geez...

This is new too

This is a sample for the advanced weaving project class. 

I know it is hard to tell but this is felted lightly and all those loose yarns really aren't loose now.  Very soft Alpaca.  The class is in September.

I have a new pattern

This is the Riding the Waves Shawl.

It is an easy lace project, can be done in any size yarn, but this was a worsted weight soft spun wool.  Printed versions available at the store, the pattern can also can be had on Ravelry....I'll put it up sometime this week.

Very Pretty Crochet

This is Sanita's Crocheted Shawl.  Normally folks have made this with lace weight mohair/silk yarn, but here it is in Berroco's Folio yarn - a DK weight alpaca/ rayon blend. I think it worked!
